About Us
Vital HSE Skills is a UK-registered Health, Safety and Environment training provider. We train people to be genuinely capable of keeping others safe, not just certified to say they can.
Vision & Mission
Vision
To be the global benchmark for HSE training, where every certified professional is also demonstrably competent to protect life on the ground.
Mission
Vital HSE Skills delivers accredited and non-accredited HSE training, in-class and online, worldwide, directly and through our training partners. We equip people and organisations with the certification, knowledge and practical and soft skills to identify risk and keep people safe, and we guide candidates from certification through to finding a job, keeping it, and serving in it with purpose.
Our Experience
Vital HSE Skills is built on the hands-on HSE experience of our CEO, drawn from work across the United Kingdom, Saudi Arabia as an HSE Advisor, Trainer, Auditor, Manager in high-risk industries such as oil and gas, construction, manufacturing. That field experience, not classroom theory, shapes every course we design.
What We Believe
Occupational health and safety is not a compliance formality. It is a matter of life and death.
That belief came from early, first-hand exposure to the real cost of poor safety practice, and it is why this company exists: to close the gap between holding a certificate and being genuinely competent.
The Gap We Saw
Too many people in this industry hold HSE certificates but lack the practical judgement and people skills the job actually demands. Communicating clearly under pressure, managing conflict, negotiating with contractors and management, making a safety decision stick on site.
"A certificate proves attendance. It does not prove capability."
What We Do
- Accredited and non-accredited HSE training, in-class and online, worldwide.
- Soft skills training most HSE courses leave out: communication, negotiation, conflict management and adaptability.
- Career consultancy for HSE candidates: certification, knowledge, practical demonstration, and the skills and tools to find a job, keep it, and serve in it with purpose.
Delivered directly and through our network of training partners, so quality HSE training is within reach wherever you are.
